Fredericksburg #4123 Fraternal Order of Eagles Diabetes Research Center Golf Tournament

The Fredericksburg #4123 Fraternal Order of Eagles is holding a Golf Tournament
on Friday, May 7, 2010 at the Lee's Hill Golf Course in Fredericksburg, VA to raise
money for the Fraternal Order of Eagles Diabetes Research Center at the University
of Iowa.
North Mason Aerie and Auxiliary #4226 Cruise
Eastern Caribbean • 7 Days • July 16 – 23, 2011 • Carnival Glory
Join the 2010–2011 Washington State Eagles Aerie and Auxiliary Presidents, Bill
Stotko and Sharon Hayes. Visit with your cruise directors, John and Kat Noldan,
as we embark on an adventure to the tropical Eastern Caribbean, while raising money
for the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Diabetes Center at the Univerisity of Iowa.
This will be a complete wing dedicated by the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, and
$200 of every stateroom price will go directly to making this fundraising project
a reality. Our goal is to book 100 cabins to raise $20,000 for this charity, so
book now before your space is gone!
Past Events
Lake Havasu City, Arizona
The Lake Havasu City Eagle Riders #4299 held a raffle with the grand prize of a
Harley Davidson motorcycle. The motorcycle was donated by Wes Strock and won by
a Larry Moore. The event was well attended and raised $5,000 for Diabetes Research.
Hermann, Missouri
When Missouri Eagles received a letter from State Aerie Trustee, Mike Keithly and
PWSP/PWSCRP, Bill White asking all Missouri Eagles to donate $5.00 for each member
to help fund the Diabetes Research Center, Hermann Eagles #1328 did so proudly.
At the December 12, 2008 Presidents Visit, two checks were presented to SCRP David
Mattox along with State Presidents Cathy Wilcoxen and Rick Randol, on behalf of
all the Auxiliary and Aerie members. David Mattox graciously thanked all the members,
and noted they were the first in the state of Missouri to make such a generous committment
to the success of the fundraising for the charity.
Grand Junction, Colorado
New Mexico State Jr. Past President Randy Beevers presenting PGWP Bill Loffer a
check for $22,000.00 to The Fraternal Order of Eagles Diabetes Research Center,
Diabetes Research was his State Presidents Project last year. Presentation was made
at the Four Corners Regional Conference held at Grand Junction, Colorado.
Vincennes, Indiana
Vincennes Aerie #384 hosted a co-ed softball tournament fot The Fraternal Order
of Eagles Diabetes Research Center. This was a joint endeavor with the #384 Auxiliary
and the Junior Eagles. Over $4,000 was raised from the event which was held Aug.
22,23, and 24th.
